ARTS DREAM SELSEY( ADS) is an arts development project organisation charity with the aim to:
Work in partnership with voluntary sector communities, schools, agencies and artists to encourage, develop, create, produce and promote arts activities for the community of Selsey
All forms of arts activities are encouraged and through engaging the community of Selsey in arts activities the objectives are to:
projects, to include workshops, demonstrations, projects, productions exhibitions and training events that involve local Selsey residents, community and professional artists in a shared arts experience. The ADS constitution sets out the parameters, management and finance of the organisation and monthly meetings of the management group supervise the organisation and running of the organisation. Members of the management group represent a number of arts and cultural organisation within the community to include for example: The Selsey Festival, U3A, Youth Dream, Selsey Art Society,Cloud Nine. In 2022 ADS had over 11000 users, with participants, audiences for live events and on line. It currently reaches over 2000 people weekly with its FaceBook Page and Website pages.

- Enhance the profile of the arts in Selsey
- Develop arts opportunities for people with the least engagement
- Raise the standard of the art being produced
- Develop skills and opportunities for further training and employment
- Offer a range of intergenerational activity to develop understanding and respect, that values the skills and experience of others
- Engage youth as participants in a range of projects to develop social networks and offer meaningful activity for greater satisfaction and a sense of purpose
- Offer activities for self-expression that can be cathartic, transformative, inspirational and empowering,
- Provide a focus for raising specific issues appropriate to the Selsey community
- Promote enhanced health and well-being, social cohesiveness and cultural renewal
- Develop cross art and interdisciplinary projects
- Advocate for and encourage development and provision of a dedicated Selsey arts space /venue
- Provide a website and opportunities for social interaction to operate as an information exchange
